05.12.08 OpenOCR (Cuneiform) received special premium from PC Magazine

In review of the most popular, the most impressive and the most interesting programs of year "Program industry: Results 2008", that is traditionally made by PC Magazine, is noted project of OpenOCR (Cuneiform). On materials of PC Magazine:

«In late 2007 year Cognitive Technologies released freeware version of OCR system Cuneiform, and declared in 2008 about opening of source of kernel and of interface OCR system. How and it is necessary to expect, given steps involved to system big attention of community of developers, that rather quickly adapted kernel of system for work in environment Linux.
